0.6/1kV Low Voltage Power Distribution Series
♦ This series is designed for secondary grids, heavy industrial plants, and commercial buildings at 0.6/1kV.
♦ Conductor and Insulation Combinations
♦ Conductors: high-purity electrolytic copper (CU) or electrical-grade aluminum (AL).
♦ Insulation and sheath materials can be selected independently. The factory supports mainstream combinations of PVC, PE, and XLPE to meet project requirements for temperature resistance, waterproofing, and mechanical protection.
♦ Specific selection depends on project ampacity, ambient temperature, and installation budget. For example: 90°C thermal rating or enhanced underground waterproofing — both achievable through material combinations.
♦ Mechanical Protection and Optional Upgrades
♦ Standard configurations include non-armoured and heavy armoured designs. Optional add-ons:
♦ - LSZH compounds for enclosed public areas
♦ - Mica-tape fire-resistant (FR) barriers for emergency circuits
♦ - Anti-termite / anti-rodent chemical sheaths for direct burial or outdoor environments
♦ Compliance
♦ All cables comply with **IEC 60502-1** . Third-party test reports available upon request.
Unarmoured Cable
As a core branch of our Low Voltage Cable portfolio, this Unarmoured Cable series is engineered for fixed installations where severe external mechanical impact is absent. By eliminating the heavy armour layer, this series offers a smaller outer diameter, reduced weight, and excellent bending flexibility, making it the most cost-effective choice for indoor power distribution, cable trays, and conduit wiring.
♦ Standards: IEC 60502-1, VDE 0271
♦ Cores: 1 Core, 3 Cores, 4 Cores, 5 Cores
♦ Conductors: Premium Oxygen-Free Copper (CU) or Electrical-Grade Aluminum (AL)
♦ Material Matrix: Insulation and sheath materials can be selected independently among PVC, PE, and XLPE to meet your project's specific temperature and waterproofing requirements.
♦ Optional Upgrade: Standard jackets are PVC or PE. LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) outer compounds are available upon request for strict building safety compliance.
Key Advantages
♦ Easy Wire-Pulling: The unarmoured design ensures a small bending radius. Combined with high-flexibility protective outer sheaths, it reduces friction inside narrow conduits and intricate trays, saving installation time and labor costs.
♦ Low Power Loss: We use compliant oxygen-free copper (Class 2 compact stranded conductors) to guarantee low electrical resistance, effectively minimizing heat buildup and energy loss during long-term high-power continuous operations.
♦ B2B Factory Support: Leveraging our native manufacturing capabilities, we provide flexible production scheduling for global EPC and commercial projects. Every cable features clear, continuous meter markings to simplify field cutting and completely eliminate material waste.
Application Guideline
♦ Choose Unarmoured: If your installation path has no direct mechanical impact risk (e.g., protected indoor environments, overhead cable trays, or inside conduits).
♦ Choose Armoured: For applications involving direct underground burial, heavy surface compression, or rodent-prone environments, please refer to our STA / SWA / AWA armoured series.
