6/35kV Medium Voltage Power Distribution Series

This series is engineered for primary electrical grids, heavy industrial plants, and large-scale renewable energy (wind/solar) integration at 6/35kV.

Conductor, Insulation, and Screening Combinations

♦ Conductors: High-purity electrolytic copper (CU) or electrical-grade aluminum (AL).

♦ Insulation & Sheath: Formulated with 90°C high-thermal XLPE insulation as the standard dielectric layer. The external protective jacket can be selected independently between premium PVC and PE to fulfill specific waterproofing and burial depth requirements.

♦ Screening Options: Precision-formed with Copper Tape Screen (CTS), Copper Wire Screen (CWS), or dual combinations (CTS&CWS) to ensure optimal electromagnetic shielding and grounding integrity.

♦ Specific Selection: Selection depends on project ampacity, grid load, and environment. For example: continuous high-thermal operations, stable electro-static field distribution, or sub-grade moisture barriers — all achievable through material combinations.

Mechanical Protection and Optional Upgrades

Standard configurations include non-armoured and heavy armoured designs. Optional add-ons:

♦ LSZH compounds for transit tunnels or mass-populated public grids

♦ Mica-tape fire-resistant (FR) barriers for critical backup emergency circuits

♦ Longitudinal water-blocking swelling tapes to prevent water-treeing inside insulation

♦ Anti-termite / anti-rodent chemical sheaths for harsh subterranean protection
