66/110kV High Voltage Power Distribution Series

This series is engineered for state-level electrical grids, bulk power transmission lines, and primary regional substations operating at high voltage ratings from 66kV up to 110kV.

Conductor, Insulation, and Shielding Combinations

♦ Conductors: Premium large-cross-section copper (CU) or aluminum (AL) conductors designed for maximum ampacity.

♦ Insulation & Sheath: Utilizes ultra-clean XLPE insulation as the standard premium dielectric layer. The external jacket can be selected independently between weather-resistant PVC and PE depending on project environmental criteria.

♦ Waterproof Barriers: Built with heavy-duty radial and longitudinal waterproof systems featuring specialized Corrugated Aluminum Sheaths, combined with semi-conductive screens and water-blocking swelling tapes to prevent electro-treeing breakdown.

♦ Specific Selection: Specific selection depends on project grid load, installation depth, and ambient environment. For example: maximum continuous transmission capacity, uniform electric field distribution, or permanent lightweight moisture sealing — all achievable through material combinations.

Mechanical Protection and Optional Upgrades

Standard configurations include non-armoured or robust corrugated aluminum protective profiles. Optional add-ons:

♦ Tailored semi-conductive outer layers to simplify routine post-installation sheath voltage testing

♦ Anti-termite / anti-rodent chemical sheaths for direct burial or rugged underground layouts
