Standard Overview

BS 6622 specifies requirements for thermosetting insulated electric cables for rated voltages from 3.8/6.6kV up to 19/33kV. It covers medium voltage power cables with XLPE insulation, copper or aluminum conductors, and protective sheath systems for electrical distribution applications.
